I'd like to add another favorite site of mine, saving the habitat of the big cats, especially tigers. It is also for saaving oceans, baby seals, wolves, primate, violence against women, rain forests, etc.

It has become a well-known fact that the rich in this country is getting richer while the poor are growing and the middle class is shrinking. There are over 15,000,000 children living in poverty and if by clicking on the various charities on Animal Rescue/Save the Cats can help, then do it. This doesn't mean that you can't make a contribution to your local food bank too.
If I, a 74-year-old living on her pension and social security can make regular contributions to her local food bank, you should be able to do so to.
