20+ States Declaring Sovereignty Under the 10th Am

I heard about this but really didn't know much about it till now, if anyone has more and can bring me up to speed I would really appreciate it.

The state law passed today, 37 to 9, had a few liberals in the mix, an amendment to place the Ten Commandments on the front entrance to the state capitol. The feds in D.C., along with the ACLU, said it would be a mistake. Hey this is a conservative state, based on Christian values...!
Guess what..........We did it anyway.

We recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants, and ship them back to where they came from, unless they want to get a green card and become an American citizen. They all scattered. Hope we didn't send any of them to your state. This was against the advice of the Federal Government, and the ACLU, they said it would be a mistake.

Yesterday we passed a law to include DNA samples from any and all illegals to the Oklahoma database, for criminal investigative purposes. Pelosi said it was unconstitutional.
Guess what........We did it anyway.

Several weeks ago, we passed a law, declaring Oklahoma as a Sovereign state, not under the Federal Government directives. That, for your information, makes Oklahoma and Texas the only states to do so. Guess what.........More states are likely to follow. Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, both Carolina's, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, just to name a few. Should Mississippi act, so will Florida. Save your confederate money, it appears the South is about to rise up once again.

The federal Government has made bold steps to take away our guns. Oklahoma, a week ago, passed a law confirming people in this state have the right to bear arms and transport them in their vehicles. I'm sure that was a set back for the Kennedys and Ms Pelosi.
Guess what..........We did it anyway.

By the way, Obama does not like any of this.

Basicly the states are exerting their rights under the 10th they are NOT trying to succeed from the union. The states are exerting themselves by telling the feds to get out of state business. Plenty of articles on the web just google the whole title, keep you busy for a long time. Its about time they are doing this imo, the feds are into our lives way to much where they have no business by the power of extortion, not recieving fed funds if you dont do as we say, ie. seat belt laws, speed limits

Thanks a lot forefox926, since I posted this I've been reading and your right the states are fed up with the federal government screwing with there citizens. As I see it as I've read it.. This might be the only way we the citizens can put the Government in check till we can vote out the garbage in office now

My study's go back before the FDR era. It seems that what we are experiencing and seeing right now was planned long ago and Bush and Obama are only tools being used and are selling the American public down the tube... My fear is it will lead to civil war. Somewhere I read, In the last days the streets of America will run with blood.

When I look back at what went on in Germany in the 20-30's era. The German people were Christian people and would never accept the killing of innocent people, the sick or mental handicap, but because of inflation, lack of jobs, no food and the $$$ Mark worthless, Hitler convinced the people that by getting rid of these people everything would be ok. They believed him and trusted the government. The rest is history.
Now I look at what is happening in our country and read posts about killing people over 70 years old, hear about what is happening to medical benefits for the elderly. These people paid taxes and SS all there life and now I hear this crap.

Right no body dares to tell the truth about Obama and his radical policies:
He will destroy our healthcare system so that no one gets adequate care.
He designed his bank rescue plan to pave the way for nationalization of the banks and socialization of the economy.
He firmly believes in government control of our major industries: So far he's already commandeered the banks and the automobile industry — what's next?
He plans to reshape the political landscape to keep the left in power for decades by cooking the census, enfranchising illegal immigrants, muzzling talk radio, and coercing hardworking Americans into big labor unions against their will.
He is attacking those who fight terrorism while letting the terrorists go free.
He gives aid to Hamas while Shariah law threatens to take over America.
He has all but repealed the Declaration of Independence and put us under a worldwide, European-dominated financial regulatory system.
What makes me sad is I believed in Obama and voted for him... and now I'm sorry I did.. The news media sold out the American people and now were in deep chit.

Now we need another 25 million people to WAKE up like you have and start making real changes, but will probably never happen in my lifetime. By the way The Declaration is NOT a legal Document.
